		Professional Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, MRICS Loughborough University of Technology Mike started his career as a trainee progressing to Managing Surveyor. He has spent majority of his professional life at GE Sharpe, first as Co-Director and then Managing Director of the company.		Associate RICS Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building (FCIOB) T.E.C. Certificate in Building Studies T.E.C. Higher Certificate in Building Studies T.E.C. Supplementary Certificate - Building Services & Measurement Institute of Construction Management – Certificate in Site Organisation Peter has worked in the industry for nearly 30 years commencing as a trainee Surveyor and then progressing to a qualified Quantity Surveyor He was a manager in minor and special works unit for a contracting company. At GE Sharpe he was a Senior QS before becoming a director.
